Basic warm up for homosapien.

Parts of our general warmup done before training.

1. Heaven and earth stretch
2. Bear crawl. Forwards. Backwards.
3. Forward roll with hop.
4. Forward roll into combat posture.
5. Back roll
6. Back roll with hip flop.
7. Cartwheel.
8. Handstand walk.
